Could my B2C retail customers accidentally see the B2B wholesale prices?
No – and that is one of our most important technical principles. The B2B prices are locked behind a secure dealer login. Only verified B2B customers with a confirmed VAT ID gain access to your net price lists after logging in successfully. B2C visitors see your normal Shopify store completely unchanged.
I use an ERP system. Will the integration work?
Shopify offers a robust API that most modern ERP systems (e.g. Lexoffice, Sage, SAP Business One) can connect to. In our strategy call we analyse your specific ERP landscape together and recommend the right integration – from native connectors to middleware such as Zapier or n8n.
How long does the complete setup take?
That depends on the complexity of your product structure and your existing store. For integrating into an existing store we typically plan 5–14 working days for the technical setup. A completely new B2B store is a larger project – after the analysis you receive a detailed project plan.
Will it be visible that the portal was built by Code-That?
Only if you want it to be. By default, euroB2B appears as a standalone product. The partnership with Code-That is communicated transparently on our website, but your B2B ordering portal itself carries exclusively your own branding.
What happens if no order comes in after launch?
Then our promise of success kicks in: we keep our active support running free of charge until the first real B2B order has been successfully processed through your portal. We have a genuine interest in your system working – our reputation depends on it.
